Born in Cabo  Delgado, with an experience of 20 years in key sectors expertise; biodiversity, tourism investment,  environmental and Social  Safeguards, resettlement policies, mine extractive industry, land, coastal sustainable management, senior consultant of World Bank, UN-  FAO, GIZ, Mozambique Ports Railways, GTZ, Anadarko Palma and Sirah Balama  (mines industry), currently working in response to humanitarian emergency crisis in northern of  Mozambique.
