Rudêncio de Rodolfo Novais Morais, is mozambican, born in 1987.

Rudêncio Morais holds a Masters in Geological and Mining Engineering from University of Coimbra, Portugal, and a degree in Geology from Eduardo Mondlane University, Mozambique.

Morais was a university professor and Vice-President of the Geological Minning Association of Mozambique (2019 – 2023). He is a member and advisor to YES (Young Earth Scientists) Mozambique and patron of the Geological Walk Through Katembe, an initiative that promotes national GeoSites.

Rudêncio Morais is an author and has published 5 books on diversified subjects, including philosophy, psychology, and poetry.  

In 2014, Morais joined ENH as a Exploration Geologist, a position he held until 2020.

Since then, Rudêncio Morais is ENH Board Member for Exploration and Production.
