Rijcard Manuel is a driven and aspiring professional who, similar to many others in his vicinity, has devoted his career to the Oil & Gas Industry, as a result of the massive discoveries of natural gas that occurred in Mozambique. He started his professional career at ENH Logistics in 2015, where he initially served as an economist. He rapidly rose through the ranks of the company and transitioned to the business development department, where he was responsible for a diverse array of activities, focusing mainly on the development of strategic and intelligent partnerships with national and internal blue-chip companies.

In 2018, he was appointed as the Head of the Portfolio and Business Development Department, where he was a noteworthy leader in the development of several Joint-Ventures that were specifically tailored towards beefing-up national capacity in the rending of logistic services and infrastructure support. This period was also notable with success in the structuring of strategies and policies that were aimed at maximizing the return on the company’s investments, which culminated in the transformation of the company’s performance, changing the overall dynamics of the company in terms of financial performance and visibility. This allowed the company to get more traction within the context of the Oil & Gas industry, as well as to diversify its portfolio of businesses, through the strengthening of its position on the market.

By the end of 2019, he was appointed as the Portfolio and Business Development Manager where he continued to build his legacy up to the point where he transitioned to ENH, E.P (the parent company), where he is currently serving as the New Ventures Manager. His role at ENH, E.P. is built upon his previous experience, but with a greater level of accountability, as he is now responsible for the development and oversight of the prospective businesses/projects of the company.

Rijcard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, obtained from the University of the Western Cape, in Cape Town, South Africa. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Management obtained from the Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, United Kingdom.
