Onório Manuel is the General Director of MOZPARKS HOLDING – PARQUES INDUSTRIAIS E ZONAS FRANCAS, SA. Previously, he held the posts of Deputy General Director and as Infrastructure Development Director. Before joining MOZPARKS, he worked for Club of Mozambique Lda as Manager of Real Estate Portfolio of the group companies as well as as Property Consultant at PAM Golding Properties and as EOD Instructor for Mozambican police officers in the National Mine Action Authority (IND) – Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

As Operations Supervisor at The HALO TRUST, a British NGO, he was responsible for QA and QC of the demining operations and managed a capacity building project for communities affected by land mines in livelihoods. Onório Manuel holds a master’s degree in project management, as well as an MBA from ISG - Business & Economics School, Mozambique, and a degree in Business Management from Eduardo Mondlane University (Faculty of Economics) Maputo, Mozambique. Onório Manuel is a Mozambican national and speaks Portuguese and English.
