Gidião Mbanze is a Mozambican citizen and holds a Bachelor of Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wales.  Gidião has more than seventeen years of experience in exploration programs and DFS field studies as well as in mining, reliability engineering and Project Management over the years in some of the world’s largest mining companies like BHP Billiton and Vale.
