Eric Abdula is a Mozambican citizen, married, father of two boys and a Human Resources Generalist professional, with considerable experience in HR Management, specifically in Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding and Termination processes (national and international), Staff Mobilization (national and international), development planning and implementation of Training plans and implementation of Remuneration and Benefits Management plans and Industrial Relations acquired over the past 15 years of career.

He has a good knowledge of the Mozambican legal framework, especially regarding the labor law, immigration, and statutory laws leveraged by his degree in Law acquired at ISCTEM.

Throughout his career, he has accumulated various International Technical Certifications, of which the following stand out:

• Behavioral Analysis (PDA Analysis – by PDA International).
• Management and Leadership (taught by John Maxwell).
• Design and implementation of corporate strategies (taught by Palladium and McKenzie).
• Communication and change management (taught by Diageo University).

He has been honored to have worked in several internationally renowned companies operating in Mozambique and Southern Africa and is currently the Human Resources Manager at Baker Hughes in Mozambique.
