Celia Naitiniane
Celia is a highly experienced professional with over 17 years of work experience in the field of human resources. She holds a postgraduate degree in strategic human resources management from the prestigious Universidade Europeia (Lisbon), as well as a degree in human resources management from the renowned Universidade Católica de Moçambique (UP). Celia is currently pursuing a master's degree in business management, furthering her knowledge in the field. She has participated in the Gender Equity Executive Leadership Program as part of the Engendering Utilities program, demonstrating her commitment to promoting gender equity in the workplace. She has worked in health and social assistance for 6 years, in human resources development for 4 years, and as the head of the Policy Development and Gender Department for 7 years, showcasing her diverse skill set and ability to excel in different roles.
