Abdul Náfio, is a Mozambican citizen, Master's Degree in Oil and Gas Economics and Management, from Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM) Degree in Civil Engineering, from Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM). He is also trained in Procurement and Asset Management, and has knowledge in Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Project Management Procedures.

Abdul Náfio started his career as a Consultant for the Civil Construction area at Organizations Miami on a Partial basis, also at Dalo Construções in the Measurements and Budgets sector, as well as a technician at Indico Construções. Then as Commercial Technical Director at Empideco Civil Construction Company. He also worked as General Manager at the company Ábaco Construção e Engenharia, Lda., and before joining ENH, as a member of the UGEA in the Municipal Council of Matola.

Abdul Náfio, in 2016 takes on a new challenge, in the Extractive Industry, as Head of the UGEA, and in 2018 he starts to advise the UGEA subordinate to the PCA of ENH, E.P. and in March, advisor to the Department of Engineering and Project Development. In 2020 he is appointed Executive Director, responsible for the PEDP.
