The 3rd Annual Generation Ready event is the exciting meeting that brings brilliant young Mozambicans with business leaders, government and educators to share ideas and network about how to prepare the youth of Mozambique for the future of work.
Generation Ready
Now in its third year, the highly regarded Generation Ready 2024 will take place on 2nd July 2024, Avani Pemba Beach Hotel, Cabo Delgado, it forms the opening day of this years' MEIS event.
Generation Ready 2024 highlights sustainable social impacts being delivered in Mozambique. These are real stories of how we are working together to support youth employability, promote local/local training and recruitment, support communities and unlock a 'universe of opportunities' for young women and men across the country.
We’ll be joined by young Mozambicans, Technical Commissioners, government representatives, CEOs and business leaders who will share the stage to highlight lasting social impacts through employability programmes, Coaching Excellence and digital access to the Mozambique Employability Platform.

Generation Ready 2023 brought together over 30 C-Suite Speakers and was officially hosted by the CEO of the Port of Maputo Development Company (MPDC) Mr. Osorio Lucas and held under the joint Patronage of H.E. Mety Gondola, Secretary of State for Technical and Professional Education alongside H.E. Oswaldo Petersburgo, Secretary of State for Youth and Employment.
